| This project is by far the biggest thing I have ever attempted to date, it will be a love or hate car to all it will start with a basic Golf Mk3 and end up as the ultimate Vw in a riot or Army vehicle. It will be done in stages but my aim is to build something that would even force the military/police to look more than twice with the mods, colour and even it own trailer in the same sytle
Stage 1
The trailer will be done first while I save to buy Golf unless I find one for £200
Begin by removing everything from the trim, wiring loom to the carpet and petrol tank
Cut the 3dr golf just behind the sunroof about two inches forward of the door arch
Using the door arches make a strong frame
Steel sheet off the hole
Use the strong Chassis to attach an A frame to
Cut out the Windows including tailgate
Steel Sheet the windows
Seal up the inside to make waterproof
Paint the trailer in Dark Military Green
Fit roof racks
Create or buy steel frame to sit on roof racks
Wire rear lights and number plater lights to trailer light socket
Stage 2
Removing the passenger seat if a 3 dr
Remove the rear window including tailgate
Replace with steel plates
Sealing the Windows inside up with silocone making it waterproof
Remove standard front bumper and replace with filled bumper
Fit Twin Headlights
Fit Badgeless Grille
Stage 3
Making roof supports (Like Roof Racks)
Make Mesh Covers for front windows and spray Black
Key the whole car
Spray the whole car, Military Grade Green (dark)
Make a Heavy Duty Mesh Cover for Window screen (sprayed black too)
Fit four or six black heavy duty floodlights with mesh covers facing the floor around the car
Stage 4
Using a Top box or creating a base the area of the roof make a sand bag bunker with a steel bar at the back to mount a ladder on to stuff the odd person or persons in bunkers depending on weight of course.
And finally the bonnet will be done to advertise one of the 3 main DUB car clubs in the area:
Dodge Dubbers EC-DC (East Coast Dub Club) or FenDubbers
One of the clubs has taken me by surprise for being a club thats open minded and a laugh to be out with and likely to be the one I chose but I still have the whole summer to decide for sure

| not even the 'A' team could make this whole nasty mess cool Ben...just weigh it all in and cocentrate on getting a decent daily driver on the road bruv....don't wanna sound negative, but come on bruv, i know you like VAG but a felicia trailer?....pushing the boundaries of cool. just my opinion mind!...on another note....DodgyDubbers flyers for everyones glove boxes...get on it Mister Admin...keep seeing modded dubs with no affiliation, in car parks, laybys, police impound lots etc and i'd love yo have some DD paperwork to slip under wipers....surely if you can get stickers you can get flyers? fight the BMW seduction bruv... |
