| Selling the stroked and cammed 2.0 16v lump out of my mk2 gti. with ECU,loom etc etc
Also gearbox, linkages, pipework all ancillaries etc...basically complete running gear.
280mm drilled and vented discs, disc rear axle etc etc...
all new lowered uprated shocks, springs and OEM calipers all round.
power steering.polished manifold.silicone leads.
ideal for conversion into mk2 or mk1.would be the bollocks in a caddy(my original plan but going much bigger now!!lol)
i will let who wants it take complete car and just return the shell to me when you're done.
£450 all in...that's cheap.
just took Tim out in it and he will confirm that it's VERY fast and handles like a go-kart..... | |

| KR was the 1.8 16v engine installed in Mk2 Golfs. Around 135bhp. This engine uses K-Jet which is a type of mechanical fuel injection. You can spot this by the fuel lines coming from the metering head which is on the air box, going to the injectors. Example below. ABF is the 2.0l 16v engine found in Mk3 Golfs Also in Mk1 Seat ibiza cupras and Seat toledos. 150bhp This can be spoted by the normal looking airbox and injector rail. Abf engines run using Digifant 3. This is a proper injection system with ecu ect. Example below. 9a is also a 2.0l 16v engine found in Passat's, Corrado's and most likely other cars. Not really too clued up about the 9a but I'd imagine it runs using the k-jet system? The Mk2 golf gti 8v used both k-jet and digifant2. K-jet was superceded by digifant2 quite early on. Hope this helps | |
