26th - 27th June, whose up for it? i normally organise a clubstand for another club.. maybe dodgy dubbers could have one this year??

Im in. Definatly try for a club stand.

i have an idea.....what about if EC-DC and dodgy dubbers go it together??

I.e book a club stand for like 50 cars or summit?? that way we'll be smack bang in the middle of the show, instead of poked out on the edge?? And we'll be representing in a big way :-)

we can then park all ec-dc cars one side, and dodgy dubbers the other, and have both banners about.....

work toghether to show we're here kinda thing??

I dont mind helping to organise it too?

good stuff.......could be good eye opener for the rest of the "scene". one that local clubs do get on, without rivalry, and if we all get together, great things can happen :-)

sounds like a good idea rixy.. someone else might have to sort the clubstand tho as i think im expected to sort one for vwwold.. i'll keep you posted on that tho.
as for camping, there's a camp site 5 miles away from bruntingthorpe where we stayed last year with the jetta owners club, good toilets, showers etc and £5 a night compared to summin like 20 on site with crap facilities.. just an idea, each to their own n that lol

tht is an awesome dea il camp over aswel,count me in like i said i can do outdoor equipment hire if you want a serious stand with sound and lighting we can compare to the main arena's lol

as far as i know, i book the stand, and they work out how many cars are gonna be on it, by every1 ordering tickets in advance, and selecting that ur on a club stand? that way they know numbers in advance, and can set the place out accordingly etc.....

are we all in agreement?

i have emailed the organisers, and requested a club stand, though i dont even think they are taking bookings yet, lol...we're too early...

iu've just had an email from the organisers, telling me that they are sending booking forms out next week, so i think its all sorted? though if you can pull strings, and get us in a better location, that'd be ace :-)
