Renting a workshop/garage ect.

Hi guys. Basicly in a couple of months me and a freind are looking to begin renting a garage/workshop ect with electric. We'd be looking for one that could hold at least two cars plus a working area ect.

Now my question is who's renting such a thing already? How much can we expect to be paying, who's the best people to ask ect? Just looking for a bit of info at the moment really.

I've rented a few over the years. I've got to be honest - its abloody nightmare round here.
I finally found a place last week. Its a single bay, with electricity. £25 a week.

Unless your needing something with extra door/roof height (like i did), your probably better off looking on somewhere like gumtree for garages for rent. There is a posibility that there may be more space availiable where i am now, but you would need to arrange that with the bloke who owns the barns.
